Amazing customer service. They walked through the whole process and they're able to work with you financially. I Bought an engagement ring and definitely would come back for any other jewelry needs. Ask for my man, Sean. he's a great one!

A fantastic little company. I walked in looking for an engagement ring, and received full service and assistance from the owner himself. No one tried to get me to spend more than I wanted, and no one tried to press certain items or ideas on me. They worked entirely within what I wanted, and within my very small budget. It's a great store. I will definitely be visiting again in the future for resizing and repairs, should I need it.

I loved picking out my engagement ring at Lovette! My (now fiance, then boyfriend) and I went together to many jewelry shops in Lincoln. Lovette was one of our first stops and I fell in love with one of the first rose gold rings I saw there. Many locations had similar bands but either were more costly, didn't offer the band color I wanted, or their diamond selection was out of our price range/not what we were looking for. We ended up coming back together and purchasing the ring and replacing the center diamond with a different stone from their collection of diamonds. The sales staff was not pushy and were happy to help as compared to other chain jewelry stores we visited. We were very happy with the quality, service, and prices offered here and I'd go back in a heartbeat to purchase a wedding band or future jewelry.

Lovette Jewelers was great to work with. From getting our wedding bands, needing them resized to soldering my engagement ring and wedding band together - they were always happy to help. Lovette had such a quick turn around when my ring was soldered - I only had to go a few days without it. I highly recommend supporting this local business by either checking out their selection or seeing what they can do for you.

I walked into "Riddles Jewelry" they didn't acknowledge me at all..Only the Men/females together dressed high class..Well I went over to Lovette and Customer Service was Amazing no matter how I was Dressed! I think his name was Jordan! Anyway I got some beautiful Diamond earrings! Keep doing Great Customer Service!

The best aspect of Lovette Jewelers is the customer service. My husband and I felt the associates were genuine, and we were helped by caring professionals. It doesn't have a pushy feeling, but instead is friendly and accommodating. They know their business and have quality work. They helped us find multiple rings for our engagement and wedding and we are SO satisfied. 100% recommend!

I had a great experience buying a watch at Lovette. I spent quite a while looking for the right watch at multiple jewelry stores. I chose Lovette because they helped me find the best watch within my budget, preferred style, and lifestyle pace/job. (I think Sean helped me.) I will be back! My partner and I had a wholesome experience at Lovette. They have a wide selection of jewelry (especially rings), and the store manager, Sean, listened to our needs and preferences and gave us recommendations within our budget and style. Even after checking out other jewelry stores in town, we decided to come back to Lovette to make our ring purchase. 💍

I shopped around to find a good jeweler to resize my grandma’s ring from the 50’s. The care and advice I got from the woman working secured Lovette as the place I’d pick. The ring fits perfectly and they cleaned it so well after years of constant wear. They even let me sneak in right at closing to pick it up with no shame in interrupting them. Loved my experience here and will come back in the future!
